Dark purple in color with aromas of brown sugar, boysenberry syrup, and chocolate toffee. On the palate flavors of black plum with ripe cherry develop into oak notes of cigar box and espresso. Fermented in small lots and aged in 100% new oak this is a big Washington Syrah. Pair with well marbled steaks and pork loin. Enjoy through 2025, decant if drinking before 2018.
